Suction Cup P618B PRO

Transport Tools(Suction Cup)

Suction Cup P618B PRO is a professional vacuum lifting tool designed for secure handling and positioning of smooth, nonporous materials. We went with a large 247 x 167mm Buna-N rubber pad that turns out a steady 220KG vertical lift capacity, giving you plenty of raw holding muscle to move heavy glass sheets, stone slabs, or large tiles safely.
The clever part of the design is the integrated auto air pump and digital display combo—the pump draws down the vacuum on its own while the screen gives you a clear, real-time pressure reading so you don't have to guess if the seal is holding tightly. It runs on a swappable 3.7V 3600mAh battery system that keeps the pump powered through long field installations, and it ships inside a rugged plastic case to protect the rubber edges from getting nicked in your truck.

Why the P618A-B Suction Cup Is a Practical Choice for Heavy Lifting

    • Brute Vertical Lift Capacity for Heavy Loads

One of the biggest standouts on this unit is its genuine vertical suction muscle. It is rated to handle a weight-bearing capacity of up to 220 kg, meaning this suction cup is built to lift heavy glass panels, smooth stone slabs, and dense metal sheets without breaking a sweat. This makes it a great fit across a wide mix of industrial bays, commercial construction jobs, and serious home renovation projects where heavy materials need to stay firmly anchored. The sheer vertical pull ensures the cup locks onto the material face tightly and stays exactly where you put it, even when you are wrestling a bulky piece into position.

    • Massive Rubber Footprint and Tough Material Choice

The physical footprint of the P618A-B features an oval rubber pad measuring 247x167mm, which gives you a broad contact area with whatever surface you are grabbing. Having that wider base helps distribute the heavy weight more evenly across the pad while naturally boosting the overall vacuum seal. We molded the pad out of high-grade Buna-N rubber—often just called nitrile rubber—because it handles everyday job site abuse remarkably well.

Buna-N is a smart choice here since it naturally shrugs off grease, fuels, and industrial solvents, making this cup highly practical for machine shops or factory lines where fluids are constantly splashing around. It also fights off nasty tears and deep abrasions when slid across rough edges, giving the pad a working life of up to 2 years before you need to swap it out. Investing in a tough rubber compound up front is a simple way to get a solid hardware lifecycle you can actually rely on during long shifts.

    • Automatic Vacuuming with Real-Time Pressure Tracking

Let's be honest, manual thumb pumps are a massive hassle and tire your hands out when you are cycling a cup all day long. The P618A-B fixes that by packing a built-in auto air pump that takes over the entire vacuum sealing process on its own. You just press it against a smooth face, let the electric pump draw down the air automatically, and enjoy a reliable lock without wasting time or manual effort.

On top of that, we integrated a clear digital display right into the handle assembly. This screen gives your crew real-time feedback on the exact vacuum pressure inside the seal, letting you monitor the grip strength instantly to ensure everything stays completely safe for the lift. The screen layout is incredibly straightforward to read at a quick glance, which adds a massive layer of convenience and confidence when you are hoisting expensive materials overhead.

    • Practical Storage and Wide-Ranging Job Applications

For easy transport around messy job sites, the suction cup ships inside a rugged plastic storage box. The case does a great job of shielding the soft rubber edges from getting nicked or warped in the back of a truck, and it's light enough that it doesn't add a ton of unnecessary bulk to your tool inventory.

Because of that versatile oval shape, you can put this lifter to work all over the place. Around the house, it is a handy tool for hanging heavy mirrors, mounting thick shelving systems, or holding large appliances steady during repairs. In commercial retail layouts, crews use it to secure display materials and temporary signage. On the industrial side, it acts as a quick, dependable handle for repositioning machinery housings or moving smooth materials down an assembly line.

    • Simple Operation and Low Upkeep Needs

Getting the P618A-B running on your job is about as straightforward as it gets. You just wipe down your flat surface, press the rubber face down, activate the auto air pump to lock in your vacuum seal, and you are ready to lift. The digital screen lets you double-check the pressure readout so you know the pad has a proper hold before you start moving. Upkeep is pretty much minimal since the Buna-N rubber compound naturally resists chemical breakdown, meaning your crew can just wash the dust off with mild soap and water at the end of a shift to keep the seal performing perfectly.
